Licensed Clinical Psychologist | Steamboat Springs, Colorado

My foucs is on helping high-functioning individuals to heal deeply and live fully from the inside out.

Even when life looks successful on the outside, you may feel disconnected, overwhelmed, held back by the past, or unsure of what comes next. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

Therapy is both an art and a science, and it has been my calling for as long as I can remember. I provide nonjudgmental, evidence-based psychotherapy and counseling that integrates science, creativity, and genuine connection to help you feel whole, grounded, and truly yourself.

My work is backed by over 30 years of clinical experience and annual advanced specialty training.

Who do I Work With?

Therapy for High-Functioning Adults Seeking Depth & Change

I work with responsible, driven individuals — professionals, leaders, business owners, executives, retirees, creatives, and remote workers — who are ready to address trauma, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, relationship challenges, maladaptive patterns, and major life transitions so they can live with more clarity, confidence, and ease.

Many of my clients appear capable and successful on the outside, while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or burdened by experiences that never fully resolved.

I offer in-person therapy in a dedicated, secure space in Steamboat Springs, and HIPAA-compliant online therapy is available for other locations throughout Colorado including Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, the Front Range, mountain towns, and rural communities.

I welcome individuals of all identities and orientations in a space grouded in respect and psychological safety.

FAQ’S

  • I specialize in psychotherapy and counseling for adults and older adults who are high-functioning on the outside but feel stressed, stuck, disconnected, or weighed down internally. Many of my clients have underlying issues, conflicts or trauma that they haven’t wanted to address, but are now ready for depth-oriented work and lasting change.

  • I am a private-pay practice. Superbills are available if you’d like to seek out-of-network reimbursement. Many clients prefer private pay for greater privacy and flexibility in treatment.

  • I generally respond within one business day. We typically begin with a brief consultation to discuss what you’re looking for help with, your availability to meet, and determine whether we’re a good fit.
